Warranty Coverage
At Sensational RV, we are committed to providing high-quality repairs and professional service. We offer a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on all labor performed by our technicians, valid for 12 months from the date of invoice.
This warranty covers:
Defects in workmanship related to the repair or installation service we provided
Re-performance of labor at no cost if the defect is due to our workmanship
Parts and Products
Any parts or products supplied by Sensational RV are not covered under this warranty. Instead, they are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty, according to the manufacturer’s terms, procedures, and limitations.
If a part fails:

We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer, if needed

Any warranty claim for a part must be made directly through the part manufacturer
Warranty Exclusions
This workmanship warranty does not cover:

Parts or materials (regardless of source)

Issues caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, environmental conditions, or lack of maintenance

Repairs or modifications made by third parties after our service

Normal wear and tear items
Limitations of Liability
Sensational RV is not responsible for:

Costs associated with part failures (may covered by manufacturer)

Towing, transportation, rental, or incidental costs

Consequential damages or loss of use
Non-Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and the specific service performed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a workmanship warranty claim:

Bring the vehicle or equipment to our shop for inspection
We will assess whether the issue is related to our workmanship. If confirmed, we will correct the issue at no labor cost to you.
